By accessing and using the PickNow website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Pick Now Pay Later Terms
When you choose to pay using our Pick Now Pay Later (PNPL) option:
- You agree to pay the total amount including any applicable interest over the selected term
- Monthly payments are due on the same date each month
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- We reserve the right to report late payments to credit agencies
- Early payment is allowed without penalty
3. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
4. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Errors in product or pricing information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Previous payment history issues
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
